RENOVATION WORK IN UNITS OF HOMES
(ESTATE MANAGEMENT):
1. Willing to submit work plans and working drawings with details.
2. Full responsibility for the risks and losses in other homes in the compound unit.
3. Job changes or additions that do not violate the provisions of the land arrangements established by the Governor.
4. Will not start work before a written permission from the board.

– Friday 08.30 – 16.30
6. Forbidden to use wind and solar bag drills, materials – hazardous materials such as chemicals, explosive etc..
7. Contractor / owner / Occupants must immediately move the debris – debris and garbage – garbage buildings must use burlap or plastic and take it out of the compound at their own expense.
8. Contractor / owner / Occupants should immediately remove the debris – debris pile up in less than 1 (one) day after being unloaded
9. Contractor / owner / Occupants should move debris within 1 (one) day from the completion of the work.
10. Materials – materials and debris – debris must be placed neatly. Sand and the like are stored in wooden crates. Cement should be in crates that do not leak and can cause puddles on the floor.
11. Owner / occupant / contractor need to put building materials and debris – debris to the trolley or train provided itself when brought into the home unit.
12. In the use of trolleys to carry building materials, the contractor must notify Management Agency and shall ensure that the materials – materials that are protected and covered at the time it was taken in front of the unit houses a public road. Building materials like sand, bricks, ceramics and cement are placed in a wooden crate that is not leaking so scattered and on the cart or stroller provided its own.
13. Contractor / Owner / Occupant will pay the administrative costs will be determined later in number to the Management Board provided written permission to work.
